Manager, Facility Operations

TTP is seeking a skilled Manager, Facility Operations to join a global leader in nuclear energy committed to innovation, safety, and sustainability. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant facility management across key sites.

Role:

As Manager, Facility Operations, you will lead and manage day-to-day facility operations including preventive maintenance, vendor and landlord relations, corporate vehicle fleet management, and strategic space planning. You will oversee capital projects such as office fit-ups and facility upgrades, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. You will also drive emergency preparedness, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex capital projects and facility improvements

• Manage real estate, leases, space planning, and broker/landlord relationships

• Oversee preventive maintenance, vendor management, and corporate vehicle fleet operations

• Ensure physical security, emergency preparedness, and compliance with regulations

• Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers, municipal authorities, and senior management

• Drive business continuity and corporate asset protection strategies

• Some travel required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years of facility and project management experience

• Project management certification preferred

• Strong technical and business knowledge of facility operations and capital projects

• Experience with corporate vehicle fleet management is a definite asset

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and project management software
